Construction Solutions and Supply [CSS Fireplaces & Outdoor Living] just finished our outdoor kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. The finished product exceeded our expectations. We were pleased that they were able to get us on their work schedule in a reasonable amount of time. Their communication throughout the process was extraordinary, I received a call almost daily explaining the status, what to expect next, the job was done in about 10 days. All of the employees were professional and well skilled. I chose them because I had seen their work at a model home in my neighborhood and took a chance. We are very glad we did.

Construction Solutions [CSS Fireplaces & Outdoor Living] built our outside kitchen and covered it with Eldorado stone. I have to say they did an excellent job or installing the stone which is beautiful, but they first delivered the stone, called to confirm we were happy, the stone masons come and installed the stone, cleaned the area, called again to check on their work, and as I write this letter there is a young man outside, cleaning the area and polishing all the appliances. I mean, come on, who does all that? The answer can only be Construction Solutions. Thanks. The outdoor kitchen and the two fireplaces you installed are fantastic!

Our salesman, Harley Bryan, drew the plans and then patiently worked with us to get it just like we dreamed it would be. Rick and Randy also came out to our home to check out the final design and make certain that everything would work as planned. All of the trades that worked on our project were professional and polite. Customer Service was amazing. All calls and concerns were immediately taken care of. Very, very pleased!

We hired CSS to replace and repair a chimney vent and raincap improperly installed by another company. CSS was referred to us by our gas fireplace manufacturer Heat N Glo due to being one of their authorized servicing dealers. Besides having our chimney vent and rain cap replaced they also serviced our fireplace and installed a new wind band for us. We were very impressed with the entire CSS team in particular Greg who fixed the chimney vent system and Gene who serviced our fireplace. They are professional and knowledgeable regarding their service and product. I have no hesitations recommending them and plan to call on them for all our future product and service needs . Note to all consumers—When it comes to chimney or fireplace repair, go with a professional and properly licensed operation like CSS….going with an incompetent company could cost you your life. It’s that serious!
