Harley Bryan

Harley has been working in the construction industry for the past 30 years, with 10 of those years spent at CSS. He manages all operations including outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, pergolas, spray foam, screen enclosures, etc.

Harley lives in St. Augustine with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys boating and fishing.

Heather Shires

Heather has been in the construction industry for the past 25 years, with 13 of those years at CSS.  She worked remotely for CSS from Hawaii for the past several years while her husband was stationed there. They recently moved back to Jacksonville.

Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, including any activities that keep them outdoors and on the water. They try to replicate the Hawaii lifestyle as much as possible.

James Guilmette

James has been working in the construction industry for the past 41 years, with 10 years spent at CSS. He manages the windows and insulation departments specializing in the spray-on foam products for insulation.

James lives in Jacksonville and has two wonderful sons that he enjoys spending free time with, golfing on the weekends, and relaxing at the beach.

Christeena Wilson

Christeena is a native of Florida and has been working for CSS for 8 years as the Office Manager/HR.

She lives in Jacksonville with her fun-loving dog, named Mickey. He is a spoiled, crazy, energetic, loving 10-year-old lab.

Amy Bugbee

Amy is one of the smiling faces you will see when stopping by the showroom. She loves helping homeowners find the perfect fireplaces and outdoor kitchens for their homes.

She enjoys walking local trails and tackling garden projects with her husband and daughter.

Stephanie Hale

Stephanie is the accounting manager for CSS and has been with the company for 9 years. She began her journey with CSS in 2014 in the window department working with homeowners and creating invoices.

She was born and raised in Middleburg, FL where she now lives with her husband and two kids. She enjoys being with her family in her spare time.

Rob Brown

Rob has been in the construction industry for the past 47 years with the last 4 years at CSS. Rob has a wealth of experience and is currently heading up our Ormond Beach division.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys playing golf and going to the beach.

Rick Elgin

Rick has been working in the construction industry for the last 30 years with the last 9 being with CSS. Rick manages the retro division that is responsible for all of our outdoor living projects, fireplace remodels, fireplace additions.

Rick lives in Clay county Florida with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
