Heather Shires

Senior Partner & General Manager

Heather Shires has been in the construction industry for the past 28 years, with 16 of those years at CSS. She is the Co-General Manager at CSS, managing the company alongside Harley.

Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, engaging in outdoor activities, and being on the water. She also loves to travel.

Christeena Wilson

Christeena is a native of Florida and has been working for CSS for 10 years as the Office Manager/HR.

She lives in Jacksonville with her fun-loving dog, named Dash. He is a spoiled, crazy, energetic, loving 2-year-old daschund.

Amy Bugbee

Amy is one of the smiling faces you will see when stopping by the showroom. She loves helping homeowners find the perfect fireplaces and outdoor kitchens for their homes.

She enjoys walking local trails and tackling garden projects with her husband and daughter.

Stephanie Hale

Stephanie is the accounting manager for CSS and has been with the company for 9 years. She began her journey with CSS in 2014 in the window department working with homeowners and creating invoices.

She was born and raised in Middleburg, FL where she now lives with her husband and two kids. She enjoys being with her family in her spare time.

Rick Elgin

Rick has been working in the construction industry for the last 30 years with the last 9 being with CSS. Rick manages the retro division that is responsible for all of our outdoor living projects, fireplace remodels, fireplace additions.

Rick lives in Clay county Florida with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
